Built to last, the 24”x24” custom-built-to-order Laminar flow hood features a 24” x 24” x 6” 99.99 to .3 microns HEPA filter. The flow hood is powered by a Dayton squirrel cage blower and includes a pre-filter. The unit is constructed from half-inch cabinet-grade birch plywood cut using lapped miter routers that create self-indexing joints. This improved construction process provides more surface area for adhesion resulting in a superior bond and airtight construction. The cabinet has two coats of low-VOC water-based polyurethane finish, creating a low-maintenance surface. An aluminum grill protects the HEPA filter. The grill can be removed for easy replacement of the HEPA filter when the time comes, typically after five years of average use. Overall dimensions are 25"x20"x38" weighing in at 75 pounds. It comes fully assembled and ready to plug and play.
Ideal for mycology/mushroom hobbyists and small-scale production. This size works well for bag and jar cultivation and for working with cultures.

What a beautiful piece of equipment. Made with passion and skill. If you are looking for a flow hood, look no further. This couple loves what they do and they do it right. There are some cheaper units out there but imo nothing like what you would receive here. This is an investment into mycology that will reward you for shopping smart and going with this shop. My unit arrived sooner than expected, carefully packaged and looking great. Plug and play. You’ll be kicking yourself in the butt for not going through these wonderful people. Thanks for helping me advance my hobby.
